About MusicEdNow
MusicEdNow provides digital tools and resources for music education. This privacy notice applies to the MusicEdNow website.
Information we collect
You can browse public MusicEdNow pages without creating an account. If you create an account, account and sign-in information is processed so that MusicEdNow can authenticate you and provide the services and access associated with your account.
Our hosting and technical service providers may process limited technical information necessary to deliver, secure and operate the website, such as IP addresses, request information and security logs.
MusicEdNow accounts
MusicEdNow uses Clerk for account authentication. Account data used by MusicEdNow includes identifiers needed to associate your sign-in with your MusicEdNow account, entitlements and connected services.
Payments
Direct MusicEdNow PRO subscription payments are processed by Stripe. MusicEdNow stores the identifiers and subscription status needed to recognise your Stripe customer and determine your MusicEdNow access. Payment card details are entered into Stripe's payment interfaces rather than being stored by MusicEdNow.
Third-party services
MusicEdNow uses third-party services to provide parts of the platform, including Cloudflare for hosting and infrastructure, Clerk for authentication and Stripe for direct subscription billing. If you choose to connect Patreon, Patreon provides membership identity and status information used to determine eligible MusicEdNow access. Individual MusicEdNow products may also interact with services such as YouTube when you choose to use those features.
Children and students
MusicEdNow develops tools that may be used in educational settings. We aim to minimise the personal information required from students. Where a particular service processes student information, the relevant privacy information will explain how that information is handled.
Changes to this notice
This privacy notice may be updated as MusicEdNow introduces new products, accounts, subscriptions and other services.
