About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the MusicEdNow website. Additional terms may apply to particular MusicEdNow products or services.

Using MusicEdNow

MusicEdNow provides digital tools and resources intended primarily for music education. You may use the website and available services for lawful purposes and in accordance with any instructions or conditions provided with a particular product.

Accounts

Some MusicEdNow services require an account. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for providing accurate information when creating or using it.

Subscriptions and payments

MusicEdNow PRO is offered as a recurring subscription at the price shown at checkout. Direct subscription payments are processed by Stripe. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled. You can manage or cancel a direct subscription through the Stripe billing portal available from your MusicEdNow dashboard. When you cancel at the end of a billing period, PRO access continues until that paid period ends.

Eligible Patreon memberships may also include MusicEdNow PRO access. Patreon membership billing and cancellation are managed through Patreon and are subject to Patreon's own terms.

Third-party content and services

Some MusicEdNow products may interact with third-party platforms, services or content. Use of those services may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third party.

Availability

MusicEdNow is under active development. Features may be added, changed or removed as products are developed and improved.

Intellectual property

MusicEdNow branding, software, website content and original resources remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights unless stated otherwise.

Sound libraries and licensing credits

BeatNow includes drum recordings licensed to MusicEdNow by F9 Audio. Drum Sound by F9 Audio (f9-audio.com). F9 Audio retains ownership of its recordings. BeatNow users may create, export, and commercially release original music made using the licensed F9 drum sounds royalty-free. Standalone redistribution or resale of the underlying samples as sample packs or sound libraries is not permitted.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as MusicEdNow introduces accounts, subscriptions and additional products or services.
